Following his first release entitled How To Talk To Girls At Parties, UK-based artist Sir. berus is gearing up to release his next offering from the upcoming project, “Skin”. We caught up with him via a song-only interview where we were given an opportunity to look into the musical influences that shaped him into the artist he is today.

Following up his single “3500” featuring 2 Chainz and Future, Travi$ Scott releases “Antidote” after debuting it at a live show in Dallas. This track won’t appear on his upcoming LP “Rodeo”, but is a tasteful preview of whats to come. Produced by WondaGurl and Eastbound.

Vic Mensa and Kanye West finally release the visuals for their single ‘U Mad’, directed by Grant Singer. The video features the pair in an abandoned warehouse with muted monochrome tones accentuated with a lot of red, giving a very aggressive performance to blaring horns and drums produced by Smoko Ono and Stefam Ponce.

Vic’s Roc Nation debut Traffic is due later this year. He revealed that the next single may be “Rage,” a personal favorite of Beyoncé’s.

A$AP Rocky releases visuals to his new track titled “LSD”, presumably off his upcoming album A.L.L.A (At.Long.Last.A$AP). He has previously told us that this new album will have an entirely different sound, influenced by his experimentation with psychedelic drugs.

Directed by A$AP Rocky and Dexter Navy, the visuals do a very good job at reflecting an LSD trip with Rocky singing over guitars, definitely channeling a very different sound that we’re used to hearing. “At.Long.Last.A$AP” is out June 2.

Kanye West opens up the new year by releasing new material with The Beatles front man Paul McCartney, titled Only One. With Paul on the piano keys and background vocals, West delivers an emotional ode to his late mother, introducing her to his daughter North. The song features hearing his mother speak from beyond the grave: “Tell Nori about me”.

After teasing us with a 30-second snippet on his brand new Juicy J assisted single Multiply, A$AP Rocky finally releases the full cut of Pretty Flacko Part 2, which he also played at the Red Bull Culture Clash in London.

The track features a heavy bassline with a piercing synth melody reminiscent of the West Coast whistle, produced by Chicago production duo Nez & Rio (also behind ScHoolboy Q’s “Man of the Year” & “Druggys Wit Hoes Again”). 2015 is shaping up to be a big year for the Harlem rapper and his crew, especially if we’re opening up with a track that will make any festival or club crowd go wild. Look out for his second album coming (hopefully) some time in 2015.

Featuring a sinister, opulent beat by Kanye West, Pusha T releases a gritty and eery video for “Lunch Money”, directed by Emil Nava. We can see Pusha T whip through the streets in a Porsche, while dancers bust a move in the grainy surveillance footage.

Pusha T has been in the studio with Pharrell and plans to drop his new album King Push in 2015.

On top of rumors of brand new A$AP Mob album L.O.R.D., A$AP Twelvyy appears on a grimy and hazy old school beat by P On The Boards to keep fans in check. If you haven’t already seen what a Drake feature can do for a young artist’s career this is the perfect example. Makonnen is Drake’s newest prodigy hailing from Atlanta, Georgia who has recently gained attention from many notable names such as Miley Cyrus and Mike Will, among others.

Along with the incredibly catchy track comes a seemingly eerie theme. The painted doll head from the cover of the ILOVEMAKONNEN EP is seen throughout the video in the form of masks on women and the object itself being carried around. The reason behind this links back to Makonnen’s days at The Beauty College of America in Forest Park, Georgia where he would draw on his mannequins to differentiate his work from the other student’s. Since then, the doll head has acted as consistent imagery and somewhat of a brand for the artist.

The video is completed with typical club scenes and cityscape shots. Drake, Makonnen, and other OVO affiliates are seen perusing the club while acting as walking billboards for the crew’s TOPSZN merchandise.

A$AP Bari aka Young Lord has been spending quite a bit of time on the other side of the Atlantic, which has naturally led to a collaboration with UK grime artist Skepta, spawning a bassline heavy NWA-inspired track titled “It Ain’t Safe”.

A premiere of the track was released via i-D Magazine Soundcloud, with an official video coming soon, along with Skepta‘s new album, Konnichiwa.

A$AP Mob will be going head-to-head with Skepta’s Boy Better Know crew (which also includes Grime stars Wiley and JME) at London’s Red Bull Culture Clash on October 30.
